Manakin-Sabot Equestrian Center

The Property
The property boasts two stables, an indoor arena, seven fenced paddocks, a large pond, outdoor riding ring and a 50' round pen. This facility is truly a complete full service equestrian center.

Main Stable & Arena
The main stable and arena is a center pole design with 22 stalls on the outside walls and is approximately 225 feet long by 110 feet wide ~ The indoor arena has a double roof with insulation to keep the barn warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Each stall has a granite dust floor with thick rubber mats and an automatic fly spray system. Other areas of this structure include:

· Visitors/viewing lounge
· Office
· Tack Room
· Two Tacking Stalls
· One Wash Stall, with hot and cold water
· Laundry Room
· Clean, Modern Restrooms
· Storage Room

Pastures
The pastures range in size from ½ to 4 acres, and all are enclosed with wood plank fencing. In addition, we have four small paddocks that are reserved to provide controlled turn out for lay-up horses. These lay-up paddocks range in size from slightly bigger than a stall (16' X 16') to 40' X 75'.

Outdoor Riding Ring
The outdoor riding ring has soft sand footing and is approximately 320 feet long by 125 feet wide. The outdoor ring boasts a full compliment of jumps, much more extensive than this photo shows.

Miles of truly picturesque riding trails are accessible directly across the street.
