Your horse’s care is our first responsibility, so our facility is a spotless and manicured operation where we use only the finest bedding materials and horse feed.
Our stalls range in size from 12' x 12' to 12' x 16', and each stall features thick rubber mats on the floor. Horses are fed twice daily and that includes administering food supplements or medications which you have supplied. Stalls are cleaned twice daily, and each day, your horse is turned out for exercise in one of MSEC’s seven pastures.
In addition, fly masks and blankets are put on and taken off each day as the temperature requires. Finally, MSEC provides general inspection and when necessary application of first aid for minor injuries. Board and lesson packages are surprising affordable, call to learn about current rates.
Lay-Up Service – In cooperation with the local veterinary community, MSEC offers lay-up board for injured or post-surgical horses that require special attention.
We have three stalls in a separate brick barn and three four lay-up paddocks that range in size from approximately 16’ X 20’ to 40’ X 75’, so your horse is not confined to a barn during his convalescence.
We care for your horse in strict compliance with your vet’s orders including administering medications, changing bandages, hand walking and whatever other treatments are prescribed.
